Digital Storytelling in Scratch
Scratch isn’t just for games! Mix sounds, text and movement to make your own animated stories, memes and school projects. This beginner-level course will introduce simple commands that help synchronize the movements of multiple characters with music, sound effects and scene changes.

TECHIE workshops are intended for kids who've dabbled with coding via clubs, camps and classroom, but don't yet feel comfortable creating projects on their own. Techie-level workshops aim to build technical skills through the construction of small, manageable projects where the fun is front-loaded, so students can start laughing, sharing and creating right away, without getting bogged down in a lot of computer science theory. Projects constructed in these workshops are open-ended, offering endless opportunities for students to customize, tweak, remix and eventually launch their own projects with the skills they've learned.
