Scratch Arcade
Expand your coding skills while building classic games from the golden era of arcade games. This open-ended course will move at the speed of our students, but we’ll start with a simple Pong game and if we have time we’ll move on to more sophisticated titles like Frogger and Space Invaders.

TECHIE workshops are intended for kids who've dabbled with coding via clubs, camps and classroom, but don't yet feel comfortable creating projects on their own. Techie-level workshops aim to build technical skills through the construction of small, manageable projects where the fun is front-loaded, so students can start laughing, sharing and creating right away, without getting bogged down in a lot of computer science theory. Projects constructed in these workshops are open-ended, offering endless opportunities for students to customize, tweak, remix and eventually launch their own projects with the skills they've learned.
